This Privacy Policy explains how SettleKar Technologies Inc. collects, uses, protects, and handles corporate employee data when using our workforce relocation platform.
1. Information We Collect
To provide seamless employee relocation and property matching services, SettleKar collects corporate and personal information provided directly by HR Administrators, Branch Managers, and relocating employees.
- HR & Corporate Account Data: Company Name, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), HR Email Address, Corporate Billing Address, GSTIN.
- Relocating Employee Profiles: Full Name, Corporate Email, Phone Number, Target Office Destination, Rent Allowance Budget, Target Move Date, and Housing Preferences.
- Verification & Lease Data: Government identity records (Aadhaar / PAN for rental lease execution) and PA inspection notes.
2. How We Use Corporate Data
We utilize corporate relocation information strictly to fulfill our contractual obligations to enterprise clients and relocating hires:
- Matching relocating employees with verified 1BHK & 2BHK properties within a 15-minute commute radius of their corporate office.
- Assigning a dedicated local Personal Assistant (PA) to conduct physical property inspections, Wi-Fi speed verification, and key delivery.
- Generating legally compliant digital lease agreements and single GST-compliant monthly corporate billing invoices.
- Monitoring 72-hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) fulfillment and operational benchmarks.
4. Data Retention & Encryption Standards
All corporate relocation data stored in our Google Firebase infrastructure is protected using 256-bit AES encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Relocation records are retained for the duration of the corporate subscription plus 7 years for GST audit compliance.
5. Corporate Data Protection Rights & DPDP Compliance
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India 2023, enterprise clients and individual employees hold the right to review, update, or request erasure of personal profile data stored on the SettleKar platform.
