SettleKar B2B Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the SettleKar B2B corporate workforce relocation platform by enterprise clients, branch offices, and Property Associates.
1. Service Agreement & Scope of Services
SettleKar Technologies Inc. provides a managed B2B relocation platform connecting corporate employers with verified rental housing inventory and dedicated local Personal Assistants (PAs) to facilitate employee shifting in major Indian tech hubs.
2. Accounts & Branch Office Credentials
Enterprise clients are assigned a master Corporate UID and partner password. Corporate administrators may register authorized branch office locations (`off_...`). Corporate partners are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all relocation requests submitted under their business account.
3. 72-Hour Service Level Agreement (SLA) Terms
SettleKar guarantees that upon receipt of a valid HR relocation ticket containing complete employee parameters, a local PA will present at least 3 pre-inspected property matches within 48 hours and facilitate key delivery within 72 hours of employee selection.
SLA timelines pause if the employee fails to respond to PA options within 12 hours or requires non-standard housing customizations exceeding pre-set company budget caps.
4. Corporate Billing, Rental Budgets & GST Invoicing
SettleKar issues consolidated monthly corporate GST invoices for PA facilitation fees and short-stay support. Rent payments are remitted directly to property owners via verified digital banking channels as outlined in the executed lease agreement.
5. PA Field Conduct & Property Verification Warranties
All Property Associates pass identity audits and background checks before onboarding. PAs inspect amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, power backup, water supply, and building security. SettleKar warrants zero fake listings across our verified inventory.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with SettleKar B2B services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
